Terms of Service

By creating an account, visiting a public profile, or using Socialink, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Socialink only with that consent.

Provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You keep ownership of profile text, links, images, audio, badges, emojis, and other content you submit. You grant Socialink a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights required to upload or link to your content.

Do not use Socialink for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, doxxing, disclosure of private information, malware, denial-of-service activity, artificial view inflation, copyright infringement, or content that exploits minors. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Shop items and lifetime Premium access are fulfilled after confirmed PayPal payment through our Discord support process. Sales are final except where an item is faulty, unavailable, materially misdescribed, or a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Eligible issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or abuse platform features. You may stop using Socialink at any time and request account deletion through support.

Socialink is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every external integration, link, or media source will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socialink and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The revised date below shows when the latest version took effect. Questions and purchase support are available through our Discord server.
