What is Socialink?
Socialink is a customizable public profile platform for bringing your links, socials, media, badges, music, and Discord presence together under one memorable URL.
How do I publish or update my profile?
Create an account, open the dashboard, and use Profile, Options, Miscellaneous, and Extras to manage your page. Saved changes appear on your public profile immediately.
Why is my Discord presence showing offline?
Connect Discord from your dashboard and make sure you share a server with the Socialink presence bot. Discord reports Invisible users as offline, even when they are connected.
What does lifetime Premium include?
Lifetime Premium unlocks advanced profile effects, custom uploads, additional tracks and links, premium media libraries, enhanced player styles, custom emojis, cursors, decorations, and other marked settings.
How do shop purchases work?
Choose a product in the Socialink shop, select PayPal, and open the Discord server from the purchase window. The support team confirms payment and grants the product to your account.
How do redeem codes work?
Sign in, open the Shop, and use Redeem code. A valid active code grants its connected shop item or lifetime Premium directly to your account.
Can I upload my own images and audio?
Profile avatars are available to all members. Features marked Premium, including custom backgrounds, banners, emojis, and expanded media options, require lifetime Premium or the relevant shop entitlement.
